1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or making a donation or membership purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Nonprofit status

Albanian American Women's Organization Motrat Qiriazi Inc. is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. federal law. You should consult a tax advisor for your particular situation.

3. Donations & memberships

• All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. If a payment was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review the request in good faith.
• Memberships are valid for the period stated at checkout (typically one year).
• If you choose automatic renewal, your membership will renew each period and your payment method will be charged automatically. You may cancel renewal at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• If you choose one-time payment, your membership will not renew automatically and you will receive a reminder email before it expires.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Content & intellectual property

All text, logos, photos, and other content on this site are owned by Albanian American Women's Organization Motrat Qiriazi Inc. or used with permission, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

6. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albanian American Women's Organization Motrat Qiriazi Inc., its directors, officers, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or donations made through it.
